Strategic Planning, Building the Decarbonization Roadmap
We begin by conducting an assessment of where you are today and working with your leadership to define long-term operational goals and emission reduction targets.
Step one consists of conducting an energy consumption audit and a detailed review of all operational assets and technologies used at each site, across your portfolio of sites. This yields a granular view of your baseline energy use and GHG emissions, and enables us to perform a gap analysis to calculate the reductions required and measures that can be put in place to optimize energy efficiency, meet operational goals and meet or exceed reduction targets. The outcome of this step is a portfolio-wide decarbonization roadmap, outlining the set of measures recommended for each site, a recommended site prioritization order and a proposed timeline for implementation.
Site-Specific Project Planning
With the roadmap in hand, our team conducts site-specific assessments to refine each site's scope of work and build the required project plans to drive deployment. We then guide you through every step of the project development process, from creating RFP solicitations and supporting the RFP process to conducting technology assessments, onboarding contractors and ensuring that progress is in line with the plan.
Project Execution
We support you through all stages of project execution, working with project developers to ensure quality and timely deliverables and helping to address any risks and challenges that may arise. Once projects have been completed, we can support the planning and setup of ongoing monitoring and verification and operations and maintenance.
